Yeah, we are part of different websites and have been on them for years. I got this as a gift from @Hulk

Ginger, do you like it?
What do you use it for mostly?
Yes, Ginger is my favorite and we add in most of the dishes and also in different types of Indian bread or the paranthas and of course in tea. I also like Pickled Ginger and it tastes awesome with Black lentils.

I am not sure how mom prepares it but if you know of pickled mango our own Aam ka Aachar then you can try adding the spices that you added in pickled mango or simply put around 10 Pickled mangoes in a separate jar and add Finely chopped pieces of Ginger, You can also add few green chillies. And mix it well and keep it like this for a few days but mix and shake and it'll be ready. If you want a complete recipe then I can find a similar one from YouTube.

Enjoy and do let me know if you liked it or not. Same way you can prepare pickled carrots too and that tastes awesome in winters.
