I am a Chinese cuisine foodie These days I have stayed away from meat and fish but in the good old days I used to worry my husband to take me to Chinese restaurants

There are so many of their dishes that are my favourite and I also know how to cook them and of those I have prepared sweet corn and crab or chicken soup often

I especially enjoy the soups they offer and the fried rice. The fried rice I'd rather cheap and filling by itself. Who has tried it with ketchup?

They are famous for their tobasco sauce which is loaded with chili. It is so hot and it is not for me. Have you tried it?

The Duck Dynasty originally didn't like their name cause it sounded too much like a Chinese restaurant.

While in the city where we lived for several years, I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants but never saw Beijing Duck being mentioned on any of their menus.

Beijing duck, originally called Peking duck, is a national dish of China. The recipe dates back to 13th century. Maybe the restaurants you went were not authentic Chinese but Desi Chinese. :P

India is a free country, anyone is free to go anywhere and start a business, right?
I have eaten Bihari Thali in Karkala.

I only like Chinese Noodles and since I am a vegetarian so I am not into any non-veg Chinese dishes and haven't even tried Momos which are from Nepal. It's good actually that I am not trying these unhealthy products.
