One of my favourite holidays as a kid was visiting Corfu for my first holiday abroad when I was around 6 or 7. We stayed for two weeks in a small villa that was a 2 minute walk from a resort where we went for drinks and to use the pool and restaurant.
Me and my brother who was a year younger spent most of our holiday playing football with some of the other kids on holiday, swimming around in the pool or having wrestling matches round the back of the restaurant where we thought nobody could see us but it turns out the staff in the restaurant knew and would watch us for a laugh.
Reminiscing on this holiday makes me smile... what was your first holiday? Have you been to Corfu, if so, when and how did you find it?
