To eat is to live but of course,, we have to limit our food intake for the sake of our weight not to explode,lol. We also need to discipline ourselves to avoid eating voraciously. There are foods that are tempting and sometimes hard to resist but if we are a disciplined type of person, we will never be tempted. The foods that I like to eat during mealtime are grilled fish, grilled beef, boiled egg, and red or brown rice. If there is no red or brown rice sold, I replace it with white sticky rice from Vietnam. During snack time, I like to eat ice cream, moist choc, cooked ripe banana, apple, and bread. What about you?
