I voted Return of the Jedi because the scene when the ewoks tie up and try to cook Han and C3PO is like, "Oh, how embarrassing. They want to eat you in my honor!"

I love Empire Strikes Back for the battle of Hoth, though that scene definitely rates high up there.

Empire is clearly the winner. I mean come on, it's Empire! It's the closest to perfection Star Wars ever got (other than Andor).
