Importance of sleep

One thing we often neglect is sleep. Sleep plays a very important role in our overall health. Our bodies are like machines, and when we overuse them, it breaks down and we fall sick. When we sleep, this is when our body gets the chance to rest and heal it self. Do you normally have enough sleep?
 
Sleep is important for three reasons
1. It helps in memory and education
2. Time of rest for the human body
3. Helps in the recovery of visceral functions

I make it a point to sleep atleast 7 hours and that to at the same time everyday. I also ensure I dont take power naps and instead maintain my circadian rhythm. Thankfully, I work a job where all this can be made possible.
 
Yes, I think that one thing I have excelled in so well is sleeping. I usually make sure I get enough sleep everyday. On some afternoons I get myself a nap when possible.
