Lassi is made by blending yoghurt, water, sugar or salt and spices of one's choice It is mostly an Indian drink and is had during summer. It has health properties and borders of a probiotic

I like it with sugar. The taste depends on how good the yoghurt is. If the milk is good the yoghurt prepared will also be of good quality.

These days thanks to the Internet we get to know a lot about foods from different countries and get to taste them too. I am fan of Chinese foods

Putting water will make it buttermilk or chaach.
I just use spoon in normal curd and make it a full lassi.

I love the sweet versions! Never really been a fan of the spiced ones, though.
That's great. Have you ever been to India? I love lassi and have always preferred the sweet one but don't mind salty or I add both.
