I like orange juice but I prefer to eat whole orange instead of juicing out. When you juice the fruit, you will through away pulp which contain a lot of fibers and minerals

We always got giant oranges in our Christmas stocking. I always loved them. Love eating oranges too.

Yes Orange Juice is best and since it is Vitamin C, we should have it often and should avoid any sugar and should not add any other fruit in it.
