Post COVID19 era, I have seen too many patients who come with vision problems and has to leave with a spectacles on their face. I attributed this mainly to the fact that people were sitting at the comfort of their home, doing nothing but watching reels and using other social media significantly increasing their screen time.
Now that the COVID 19 lockdowns are over, do you think that the screen time has only increased? If you have a high screen time, what would you attribute that to? What steps are you taking to counteract the ill-effects of this high screentime?
Well what else would you have them do at that period? Their options were very limited so they had to go with the few ones available. I think it is only natural to believe that screen time has reduced because there's no lockdown anymore.
Covid 19 vaccines left a lot of people with a lot of diseases some have been weakened by the diseases in my country. Upon research done by scientist, they have discovered that the vaccines caused the growth of cancer cells in some of the vaccine receivers and also had dug out underlying diseases. The effects have proven to still be ongoing. At home we didn't take the vaccine, we accepted the risk that without taking it we won't be able to travel to certain countries in the world but this has helped us t avoid getting sick.
