As one ages one tends to lose both muscle and bone asitwhere. It is folly therefore to retain those walking habits as was one habituated in their younger days
I am a senior and my doctor recommends that I do not walk for more than six minutes at a time.
My father walks every day, but my mother does not. Both have crossed 65 years of age and they should be walking to remain fit but sadly my mother does not have time. It is very difficult for women to find time for themselves even when they are in old age.
I can imagine but I feel we should walk and I see many elders walking and even going for morning walks daily, Your issue must be specific to your health
