Some of the best food you have hd while traveling

For most of us who travel, we have had the opportunity to try new dishes, what are some of the best food you have had? One for me is a bread sandwich. While a sandwich is pretty common, the bread used was different and I can't really find that type of bread in my location. The bread is those flat long ones that look like rubber, then they fill it with avocado, sardin, eggs onion and so on. At first I didn't really like it, but over time, I fell in love with it and can't really stop thinking about it.
