For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There will be variety but as a standby I have brown bread and crunchy chocolate peanut butter.

What is your standby breakfast?

I usually go with fried plantain, eggs, tea and 4 slices of bread in the morning for my breakfast. It's what I'm going to make for myself in the next 30 minutes.

It's usually consist of an all day breakfast minus the mushrooms

It's quite rare that I actually eat breakfast, I haven't eaten any today for example. Usually my first food of the day will be at lunchtime - and yes, I've been told an unfathomable amount of times that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that I should make more of an effort to try and eat something in the morning as it'll be better for me in the long run, but I just don't feel like eating, nor can I ever find the time to do so, early in the morning. 🤣

Never tried fried plantain. Do you coat it something before frying? When you say eggs. Do you eat more than one :)

I ensure that I keep my breakfast simple or forget to even eat at all. I don't like eating anything that will make the breakfast look heavy on me and that is always the focus for me.

I think you have got it slightly wrong in that you are supposed to
break fast and it is always recommended that one truly breaks fast by eating good the first meal of the day

I enjoy a good ice coffee, particularly Dunkin Donuts from a gas station. It has protein.

Hash stack.

Hashbrowns and biscuits (not cookies to you Brits, lol) smothered in sausage gravy with scrambled eggs on top.

At least that was today's breakfast!
