Who is Your Best Author

I like reading Gabriel Garcia Marquez, James Joycee, VS Naipaul and J M Coetzee. These are my favorite authors. I have read most of the books written by these authors. Except for J M Coetzee, all of my favorite authors are dead. I am not much familiar with the contemporary literary scene.

J.k. Rowlings. It takes a great level of creativity to come up with a masterpiece like Harry Potter. She will always have my respect. Rick Riordan also did well with the Greek mythology novels.

I am not much of a reader per se but have just picked reading novels here and there. The one that truly had an effect one me is Normal Vincent Peale with his book "The Power of Positive Thinking"

I really like David Walliams, Stephen King & Roald Dahl.
