Why it is recommanded to use PC for video games android?

Hello,
It is recommanded to use emulator like google play services or bluestacks or ld player 7 because having 10 or 15 videos games installed will slow down the process of mobile phone and not have enough space to important apps like ebanking apps or miss some important staff. What is your perspective about the subject?

Normally I prefer playing games on a console or PC. I have just one or two games that I can play on my mobile wherever I find myself. The rest are on either PC or console.
