I have 2, the 1st will be relatively easy to keep the 2nd not so much. The 1st is to exercise more, this business of exercising once or twice a week just isn't cutting it. I need to bear down and exercise a minimum of 4 times a week if I expect results. The 2nd is to not let things get to me, anxiety is a bitch and I need to get her off of my back. I need to learn to not sweat the small stuff and to stop making a big deal out of everything.
