When one is dehydrated the symptoms that show up could look serious and one can panic wondering if they are down with some serious illness. Symptoms such as palpitation, muscle pain, cramps, cough, and such could also indicate serious illnesses But before assuming it is better if one hydrates oneself and with that all those symptoms could disappear.

That's the problem, Hulk. You get hydrated but have to pay for it by more frequent visits to the toilet!

I get these kinds of issues quite a lot with diabetes. I end up having a big drink and then needing to go toilet just to have to reset the cycle all over again. It's Summer here also so I can imagine it'll happen quite a bit.
That is one disadvantage with drinking water as even I need to get up several times in the night. May be one can avoid drinking water later in the evenings - just a thought.

Ever since I changed to having a bottle of water by my bed during the night I don't drink as much we when I had a bottle of juice instead. I was finding I could drink the bottle of juice in one go during the night. Usually with the water I may only drink 1/4 of it.

We are currently in the dry season here in my country so dehydration is a major issue since everywhere is extremely dry. Then again for our body to stay healthy, it needs to always be hydrated.

I’m kinda bad with staying hydrated. Really should be drinking more water. I was for a while but have slacked lately with that.

One time i was happy, I had just got word that I would be getting a salary increase. I remmeber thinking "finally it happens" and I fainted. Woke up to people surrounding me. Ambulance was already on the way. Paramedics told me I was dehydrated. I had never really taken drinking a lot of water seriously till that day. Now I always carry a bottle of water with me.
