Music is known to be very therapeutic which is why people listen to them when they are down or feeling bad. It helps to lift their mood. There have been some cases where people say music helps them to sleep.

Do you find it enjoyable to sleep with music playing? Does the music affect your sleep in any way?

When I was younger, I'd quite often fall asleep with some music playing in the background either through my phone or laptop. As I've grown older, I've tried to move away from that practice, if anything just to help improve my sleep quality a bit - but I still am listening to music most of the day when I'm not asleep, so I'm hardly missing out!

When sleepless nights strike, I often turn to relaxing music to help me fall asleep. It usually allows me to drift off in just a couple of minutes. I usually enjoy listening through my smart speaker.

I even sleep in the weeding where there is a lot of noise because while tired I cannot stay without getting asleeped. I don't care what others will think about me but it could be source of some family problems. I don't have problem to sleep when there is music playing.

I have been known to in the past listen to music when falling asleep but that is usually if I have it playing and I am so tired, I fall asleep whilst it's playing.
