Employers are Disappointed in Gen Z Workers

They say they are immature. What might be the problem? How might this situation be compared to other generations?

I am Gen Z and I also share the opinion that people from our generation are not employable. We are generally lazy and we don't have that mental resistance people from other generations had. Maybe, that is summed up as immaturity.
