Gaming at work - yay or nay?

Playing games during breaks can be a great way to unwind and take your mind off work for a bit. Whether it's a quick game of Tetris or something more immersive, gaming can be a healthy way to reduce stress and increase productivity.

Has anyone brought their gaming laptop to work? Or has anybody gone as far as bringing their console, monitor, and controller to play some video games on your lunch break at work? Does your employer mind you "borrowing" the electricity?
