have you tried Intermittent fasting before? i have been doing it for 3 years now. Food is my greatest weakness and to control the amount of food intake i follow intermittent fasting. I follow the 16/8 method. I fast for 16 hours of the day and have an eating window for 8 hours. In the 8 hours i only have one meal and through out the whole day i only drink water, mostly lemon water. this process has really helped me keep my weight down and still be able to have my favorite foods every day.
