Jim Carrey Almost Played Dr.Evil

Mike Myers didn’t originally intend to play Dr.Evil himself, in fact, he originally envisioned Jim Carrey at the helm of the character. Carrey was interested, but it unfortunately interfered with the shooting of Liar Liar.

I wonder what Dr. Evil would have been like if Carrey did play him.

Both characters are good and I knew Carrey would have done a great job too. Who knows, maybe better than Mike.

This is new information for me. However, I absolutely believe Jim Carrey would be great in the role. I really liked The Mask. He was also great as a Riddler in Batman Forever.
