I've got complex PTSD and Dissociative identity disorder (although it's in remission and has been for a few years).

I have none. All good with me. It seems to me that more developed civilization is, more suffering and mental ilnesses there are. I saw videos of poor people (from perspective of people living in the cities of US) who live in Sibiria with almost nothing, strugling to survive and yet kids are happy. This made me conclude that the more you are given, less happy you are.

No mental health - touch wood I keep myself active both physically and mentally to the extent possible.

i have no mental health issues. i volunteer on a site called 7 cups to be the ear for people who do have mental health issues. This has taught me a lot of them and with this better understand i am able to also help people around me who suffer from mental health issues, and they may not be aware of it.
