Every morning i start my day of with a 30-minute morning exercise. i do simple exercises, nothing too hectic. I spent the whole day sited in front of the laptop and i found that doing these morning exercises help boost energy and improves blood flow circulation. Before starting this routine, i used to get leg cramps a lot. does anybody also do this?
My exercise is mostly walking which I do several times in the day strolling in our garden. I also do pranayama an breathing exercise first thing in the morning
