How helpful are self help books?
I have really never read a self help book that helped me. This is mainly because the things that we do are not time, place and context neutral. Hence, it would be difficult for anyone to teach us what to do and what not to do without being aware of what we are going through.
The only book which helped me was 'How to Win Every Argument' by UK Interview fame Mehdi Hassan. I dont think it actually qualifies as self help book, but I cant think of anything that really helped me
