i dont mean to offend anyone my best friend is a Transman who recently came out to me and has been very hard to understand he dressed up as a woman so i suppose that would be considered a Transwoman.

No. Ravenfreak is transmasculine. A man. He is 100% man but was born in a body that was female. He dresses as a man because he is a man.

If your friend is a transman that means he is a man who was born in a female body. I am a transwoman, I am a woman who was born in a male body. I'm not a man who dresses up as a woman. I am a woman who was born in a male body.
