A lot is being said about foods that heal It is a good thing to rely on just food for maintaining one's health. The fact of the matter however is that we cannot always rely on food as it is not always available and one gets fed up of eating the same food every day.
That is why it is always good to depend on supplements as recommended by the doctor. I take Lutein a supplement for my eyes although there are foods that are good for one's eyes but as mentioned above they may not be available on a daily basis
I am not a fan of supplement. I like to get nutrients from real food. If I have vitamin and mineral deficiencies, I will always try to find the food reach in that particular vitamins or minerals.
Looking at the things where we are unable to find the required vitamins, and minerals in fruits, veggies and other things, the day is not far when everyone needs to consume these Supplements.
