Is anyone using vBulletin to power their forum? I currently have a forum that I'm waiting to get imported from phpBB3 to vBulletin cloud. I know their not as popular as they once were, in fact back in the day many gaming forums used vBulletin to power their sites. I like the features that come with vBulletin, heck you get a blog system, pages, groups and a forum for a much cheaper price than their competitors. I decided to move to vBulletin since I feel that their platform will fit the needs of my community better, plus I took advantage of their Black Friday sale that's currently going on. Do you like vBulletin?

How much was the savings? Yeah, they're ok. I think people aren't giving them much a chance.

I haven't used vBulletin since the days of 3.x

I heard many, many bad things about 4.x (and beyond); the new owners, the quality of code, the business practices.. it was enough for me to sell up and look at alternatives.
