Who's your favourite video game character villain?

Do you like video game's villains? Who's your favourite video game character villain so far? There are so many cool villains in video games you would love their character. My favorite of such a character will be Joker in the batman video games.

I guess it probably would have to be the Tribunal from the Elder Scrolls games that I really liked the most. The Tribunal consists of Almalexia, Vivic, and Sotha Sil. They were god kings. They siphoned divine power from a dead god's heart, made their own religion, and ruled over Morrowind for thousands of years.
