While I haven't used it for myself, my forum is on Proboards, I am on Staff on a forum that utilizes it as well as being on many forums. I like the look & feel. People comment it's quite pricey but I've also found the Support is top-rated. Either from their Support Board or from the many members who own forums; most are willing to help you out if you just ask

I find the phrase, "You get what you pay for" is apt in this regard.

I think it's a great software for the price, It's easy to work with, the ACP is very well laid out in terms of being user friendly and they have really good dev's there that put out great apps.

I have to say that Xenforo is the best forum software on the internet in terms of paid software. I absolutely love the software and I have been using it on and off since it was released in 2012 I think it was and the software has only got better and better over time.

I use Xenforo as a member. Some forums are good and some aren't, but I stay with Proboards since I pay for some upgrades.

I love it but why use it when I can use phpBB for free and phpBB has enough extensions and styles to make a decent site? Anyway, though, I can understand the appeal of it and I used XenForo for a few years. It's a lot of fun.
