I woke up as 7:35 in the morning. Generally I try to wake up between 4 and 5 but since yesterday was New Year's Eve and I went to a party, I had trouble waking up.
I wake up at 6 15 AM in the morning and head to gym which is 15 minutes away from my home.
I was a late night bird until 3 years back. However, I tried waking up in the morning for a few days continuously and started working out. I see that a day becomes so much more productive when I wake up early in the morning. Since then, I have not turned back at all.
